[TICKETING]
Sell the ticket.
Keep the money.
Ticketing under your own brand, on yourname.admitme.io or your own domain on Pro, with funds settling to your account rather than being held by a platform. No per-ticket commission on any plan — the ticket price your attendee pays is the ticket price you set.

The difference
Most ticketing platforms take a cut of every ticket and hold your money until after the event.
AdmitMe charges a subscription and gets out of the way. Stripe Connect means the buyer pays you, we never touch the funds, and your cash flow does not wait on our payout schedule. Across 3,000 tickets a year at $65, a 3% + 50c commission is roughly $7,350 that stays with you.
Selling
Ticket types that match how you actually sell.
Categories and tiers
General admission, early bird, day passes, VIP, trade-only, concession. Set caps, sale windows and visibility per category.
Promo and partner codes
Percentage or fixed discounts, single-use or capped, scoped to a category. Give partners their own code and see what it returned.
Your branding, your URL
Custom event URLs and white labelling on Enterprise. Attendees never land on a page that looks like someone else's marketplace.
Wallet passes
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes carrying your event branding, so the ticket is on the lock screen instead of buried in an inbox.
Templates you control
Custom templates for tickets, invoices and receipts. Email attendees from inside the platform, segmented by ticket type.
Last-minute sales
Sell at the door and print the badge in the same action, so a walk-up does not become a queue-management problem. See printing.
Wall iPad kiosk
A Guided Access iPad at the door: scan a pass, run a two-minute induction, or sell a ticket. The pass lands on screen immediately, and an SMS with the pass link follows when messaging is configured.
At the door
Scanning that checks more than the ticket.
A scan on most platforms answers one question: is this ticket valid? On AdmitMe the same scan can answer the questions that actually stop incidents — is this person inducted, is their accreditation current, are they approved for this zone.
- On-demand badge printing. Print at check-in rather than pre-printing 4,000 badges and sorting them alphabetically at 6am.
- Name corrections at the desk. Attendees fix a typo themselves instead of joining the manual-fix queue.
- Credential-aware. Where an induction is required for the zone, the scan checks it. An expired record does not print a badge.
- Lead capture for exhibitors. Exhibitors scan attendee badges to collect leads, with the attendee's consent recorded and the sharing scope set by you.
Economics
What commission actually costs.
Indicative comparison over a year of events against a typical 3% + 50c per-ticket commission, before card processing fees, which you pay either way.
| A year of events | Ticket price | Gross ticket revenue | Typical commission | AdmitMe Advanced, from A$190/mo on an annual plan |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 24 events × 50 tickets | $45 | $54,000 | $2,220 | A$2,280 a year, no commission |
| 40 events × 50 tickets | $55 | $110,000 | $4,300 | A$2,280 a year, no commission |
| 60 events × 50 tickets | $65 | $195,000 | $7,350 | A$2,280 a year, no commission |
Illustrative only, in Australian dollars, before GST and card fees — your commission rate and event mix will differ. Every row fits inside Advanced, which allows up to 60 events a year. There is no cap on tickets per event on any plan, so a bigger crowd costs the same; a longer calendar belongs on Pro (up to 120 events a year) or Enterprise. The point is the shape: commission scales with your success, a flat subscription does not. At low volume a commission can cost less, so run the numbers on your own events and we will tell you honestly if it does.
Where it lives
Built in the console, sold on the shop front.
One product origin. go.admitme.io is the buyer-facing shop
and the organiser console — shop paths like /event/{slug},
console at /admin.
Nothing about that split is visible to a buyer; it exists so the console
can stay built for organisers and the shop can stay built for speed.
- Setup wizard. Categories, pricing, sale windows and capacity configured in the console before anything goes live.
- Live sales, in the console. Registrations, revenue and category performance update as sales land on go.admitme.io — no export required to see where you stand.
- Check-in stats. Door-scan throughput and attendance-so-far, watched from the same console that built the event.
