[PRICING]

A subscription, not a tax on your success.

Commission models charge you more for selling more tickets. We charge a flat subscription and get out of the way. Every plan has unlimited tickets and no ticket commission, and funds settle directly to your own account.

Unlimited tickets on every plan.

No cap per event and no commission on any sale. Plans differ by events a year, organiser seats, your own domain and support, never by how many tickets you sell.

Pay month to month, or yearly and get 2 months free. Show prices in the currency you want to be invoiced in: the number is the same in all three.

Prices exclude tax. On a yearly plan the monthly figure is the yearly price divided by twelve, and the first charge after your trial is the full year. On a monthly plan you pay each month. Either way you are charged in the currency you pick. GST, VAT or sales tax is added to the invoice where it applies. Card processing is separate and always yours — Stripe's fees go to your connected account. We never hold your funds, so there is no payout delay and no reserve.

Included

The platform, on every plan.

Ticketing, inductions and exhibitor management are not separate SKUs. The difference between plans is events a year, organiser seats, your shop's domain and support — not which half of the product you get, and never how many tickets you sell. The two exceptions are the things with a real marginal cost: per-exhibitor lead licences, and anything that needs hardware on your site.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do you hold our ticket money?

No. Payments run through Stripe Connect to an account in your name. Buyers pay you; we are not in the flow of funds, which means no payout schedule, no reserve and no platform holding your revenue until after the event.

How long is the free trial, and what happens when it ends?

28 days free, or until the day after your first event, up to 90 days. No card. So if your first event is in week six, you can run it on the trial. If it is later than day 90, the trial still ends on day 90. Three days before it ends we email you. To keep going, add a card in your account at account.admitme.io, and your plan starts when the trial does. If you do nothing, nothing is charged: new events and ticket sales pause, your events and data stay as they are, and adding a card brings it all back.

Why is there no ticket commission or ticket cap?

Because we earn from the subscription, not from your sales. A commission would make AdmitMe more expensive the better your event does, and a cap would punish you for a sell-out. Neither is how we want to work with organisers. Payments go through Stripe Connect to an account in your name, so we are not in the flow of funds. Stripe charges its own card processing fee, which is yours to pay and unrelated to the plan.

Which plan should we trial?

The one that matches your season: Base for pilots and small events, Advanced for a growing calendar with a second organiser, Pro for a full calendar, a team of five and your own domain. The limits are in the table above. You can change plan from your account at any time, and if your events are bigger than Pro, that is an Enterprise conversation.

Monthly or annual: what is the difference?

Annual is A$99, A$190 or A$375 a month on Base, Advanced or Pro, charged once a year as A$1,188, A$2,280 or A$4,500. That is about 2 months free compared with paying month to month, which is A$119, A$229 or A$449 a month. All prices are plus tax, and the same numbers apply in US dollars and euros. Choose monthly if you run a short season or want to keep your options open, and annual if you run events all year. You can switch between the two from your account, along with your plan, and the account shows the change before you confirm it.

Which currency are we billed in?

The one you pick at signup: Australian dollars, US dollars or euros. The number is the same in each, so choose the currency your organisation is invoiced in. It is fixed once the first payment is taken.

Can we use inductions without ticketing?

Yes. Plenty of clients run the induction and exhibitor modules for events where ticketing sits elsewhere, or where there is no public ticket at all — closed trade shows, build sites, council venue hire.

Why is lead capture priced separately?

Because the people who get the value are the exhibitors, not you. Lead capture is licensed per exhibitor as an add-on, at US$195 per exhibitor seat, so the cost sits with the stand holder chasing pipeline rather than on your event budget. Many organisers resell it inside a stand package and keep the margin. Your own lead reporting and full export across every stand are part of the platform on all plans. More on lead capture.

What does palm vein access actually cost?

It depends entirely on your site — how many zones you need controlled, peak throughput at each, how many enrolment stations, and whether payments and loyalty are in scope. It is an Enterprise capability, surveyed and installed by Artefact Group against your site plan, so it is quoted rather than listed. Badge and name tag printing, and zone rules on printed badges, need none of that. More on access and identity.

How does the CrowdSense integration work commercially?

CrowdSense is licensed separately, through crowdsense.events. Joint deployments are scoped by Artefact Group, who engineer both platforms. You do not need CrowdSense to use AdmitMe, and the reverse is also true — but the two are designed to be deployed together. Read the integration brief.

Where is our data, and who can see it?

Attendee and exhibitor data belongs to you. We do not sell it, resell it, or use one client's data to market to another. Access is role-based and enforced at the database layer, and exhibitors and contractors reach only their own records through scoped portal links.

Can we migrate an event that is already on sale?

Usually, yes — it depends on your current provider and how far through the on-sale you are. Send us the details and we will tell you whether it is worth doing mid-cycle or better done at your next on-sale.

Start with one event.

28 days free, or until the day after your first event, up to 90 days. No card. If it does not fit how you work, we would rather you found out for free.
